Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about getting started with our premium IPTV service.

What devices are supported?

Our service is compatible with almost all internet-connected devices. We support Amazon Fire TV Stick, Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Android TV), Android Boxes, Apple TV, iOS devices, Android smartphones, Windows/Mac computers, and MAG boxes.

How does the 24-hour free trial work?

Simply fill out the free trial request form. You will immediately receive an email with your login credentials and a step-by-step setup guide for your chosen device. Your 24 hours begins as soon as we send the email, giving you full access to all channels, sports, and VODs.

What internet speed do I need?

For smooth, buffer-free streaming, we recommend a minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps for HD channels and 30 Mbps for 4K channels. We highly suggest using a wired ethernet connection rather than Wi-Fi whenever possible for the best stability.

Are PPV events and live sports included?

Yes! Every single subscription plan includes full access to all Pay-Per-View (PPV) events, NFL Sunday Ticket, NBA League Pass, MLB Extra Innings, NHL Center Ice, UFC, Boxing, and all major European football leagues (Premier League, Champions League, La Liga, etc.) at no extra cost.

Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?

Yes, but it depends on the plan you choose. Our standard plans come with 1 connection. However, we offer multi-connection plans (up to 5 devices) that allow you to watch on different screens simultaneously. You can select your desired number of connections on our Pricing page.

Is there a contract or hidden fees?

No, there are absolutely no contracts, setup fees, or hidden charges. Our service is strictly prepaid month-to-month (or whatever duration you choose). We do not auto-renew your subscription; you are completely in control of when you want to renew.

Do I need a VPN to use your service?

A VPN is not strictly required to use our service, as we use secure, encrypted servers. However, if your Internet Service Provider (ISP) blocks or throttles IPTV traffic (common in the UK and some parts of the US/Canada during major sporting events), a VPN can solve buffering issues by bypassing these blocks.
